Hi, my UK spec 2009 TT roadster has Xenon Plus adaptive headlights, which are very good. The inner headlamps have what appear to be halogen bulbs, but in no circumstances do they illuminate. Main beam, dipped beam and headlamp flasher all operate from the outer lamps only. The car has normal sidelights and under bumper foglights which also work OK. I have a 2006 VW Passat.
